UI/UX Designer
📌 Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will bridge the gap between design and development, transforming wireframes and design mockups into responsive and accessible front-end code while collaborating with designers, developers, and product teams.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes and prototypes into responsive, high-quality front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with UX designers to create seamless and accessible user experiences.
- Implement interactive components, animations, and transitions to enhance usability and engagement.
- Ensure designs are consistent across platforms and responsive to various screen sizes and devices.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and data sources.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
- Optimize application for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
- Maintain and improve design systems, component libraries, and front-end standards.
- Stay up to date with modern design trends, tools, and best practices.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to implement pixel-perfect designs with attention to spacing, typography, and alignment.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
- Experience working with version control systems like Git.

- Experience with design systems (e.g., Material UI, Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Knowledge of UX principles, user journey mapping, and wireframing.
- Familiarity with motion/animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, heatmaps, or usability tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Optimize).
